Bury AFC are delighted to announce their friendly with neighbours Rambsottom United, at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium on Saturday 24th July, 3pm kick-off. This will be Andy Welsh’s last chance to run the rule over the assembled squad before the assault on the league commences the following week. As it stands, fans will be able to gain entry by paying on the day. It’s £5 for Adults and £3 for Concessions. AFC have been working with the East Lancashire Railway on a special travel rate for supporters going to the game on the day from Bury town centre. What better way to spend the day, than by travelling along the famous old line from Bury to Ramsbottom & Rawtenstall (& back!), taking in local establishments close to the station platforms and the ground in Ramsbottom? Helping out one of our local charities at the ELR in the process. Full details on the supporters promotional codes will follow in due course.
