With 10 days to go until the season begins, we can confirm our full fixture list for the 2023/24 season. The first month’s fixtures were published at the start of July, which sees us host Glossop North End on the season’s opening day (29th July). With only a few days to go until the season begins, we can confirm our full fixture list for the 2024/25 NWCFL Premier Division season. The first month’s fixtures were published at the start of July, which sees us travel to Squires Gate on Saturday (27th July), before Padiham away on the following Tuesday (30th). August sees us take on Irlam (h) for the first time on our new 3G surface (subject to any FA Cup replays), before a trip to newly-promoted Abbey Hey (a), and then welcome AFC

One of the stars of the season has without a doubt been Darius Palma. He’s arguably been our top performer so far. Unfortunately, the shoulder injury he sustained first at Wythenshawe Town, and then more seriously at Padiham requires surgery. Paying for this privately should see him back by January, but it’s unlikely we will see him back this season without private medical care. The cost of the surgery is £8,000, which is way beyond the entire season’s medical care budget f

We are delighted to be bringing back the hugely popular Gigg Lane Funfair & Fireworks display on the 3rd November 2023. There will be pop up artisan food and drink stalls providing refreshments and a funfair for all the family before the spectacular fireworks display inside Gigg Lane.
