This saw the Shakers battle through a run of four away games on the bounce including trips to Blyth and the Isle Of Man and progress in both the FA Cup and FA Vase eliminating higher level competition in the process.     We can confirm Andy Briggs has joined Northern Premier League side Widnes on dual registration.   Andy has made 12 appearances off the bench this season and heads to Merseyside in a bid for more game time.     We can confirm the departure of forward Connor Comber.   We have been informed by another club that Connor has agreed to sign for them.   We haven’t had any contact with him for a number of weeks.     We can confirm the departure of winger, Iyrwah Gooden, who has joined Bradford Park Avenue. The 24-year-old joined the club in the summer after leaving NCEL champions Emley. He made 25 appearances for the Shakers, scoring five goals, including a debut goal against Squires Gate in July.     We’d like to place on record our thanks to Macauley Wilson, who has departed the club today by mutual consent. Macauley joined us from Bamber Bridge in the summer, with a wealth of experience. He made nine competitive appearances for the club, scoring once against AFC Liverpool. Living in the Blackpool area, he was travelling a distance to commute for training & matches and has car shared with fellow players who live in the area but given recent injuries to those players, it’s foun
