There will be a pitch inspection at 11:15 am due to concerns over the playing surface at Gigg Lane.   Concerns were raised before Thursday’s game and due to weather before and during the game the pitch deteriorated quite badly, with only light remedial work having taken place yesterday due the pitch condition.   We want to make sure that the surface is both safe and playable for both teams.   If the pitch is deemed playable tickets will go back on sale for the South St

It may come as no surprise to those in and around BL9, that the persistent rain overnight and so far this morning is impacting on the condition of the pitch at Gigg Lane. To give the game the best chance, we will push any inspection as late as possible this evening and will communicate the relevant timings when known. As our update earlier in the week, we are to play our next two home games behind closed doors. Supporters will not be allowed into Gigg Lane for the following two fixtures:   Barnoldswick Town – Tues 12th March, 7.45pm KO Charnock Richard – Sat 16th March, 12.30pm KO* Thankfully, we have agreement from both Charnock and the league to bring forward the kick-off time next Saturday to 12.30pm*. This is to allow the game to be broadcast via live stream and not co-incide

We head to Ericstan Park this weekend to take on Wythenshawe Town in the Play-Off Final of the NWCFL Premier Division. The winner takes their place in the Northern Premier League next season. Capacity is limited to 1,400, with only a small number of these tickets being made available to Bury supporters as we are receiving the minimum away allocation allowed.  The ballot will give preference to those who hold both a society membership and season ticket, so we are asking for you to claim

Good morning from Gigg Lane after what was the night before! Last night’s cracking result and atmosphere has set up a final tie with Wythenshawe Town. With this comes many operational aspects to work through on how Saturday’s game will be staged. We will be working with Wythenshawe Town on this from this morning. We know many supporters will be keen to establish getting access to this game, however whilst these plans are put in place, please refrain from contacting the club in the firs
