Bury fans, it’s shaping up to be a massive Good Friday at Gigg Lane as we take on Congleton Town in a crucial clash you won’t want to miss!
Due to the recent switch of the fixture to a bank holiday on Good Friday, we’ve encountered some logistical challenges around matchday provisions for larger crowds. Matches exceeding 5,000 supporters require additional emergency services to be in place, arrangements that normally need to be secured at least a month in advance.
We are currently working closely with providers to try and have everything in place for Friday. However, as it stands, the maximum capacity for the game is set at 4,999.
With this in mind, the match will be ALL TICKET.
We strongly encourage all supporters to purchase their tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
If and when we are able to confirm the necessary provisions to safely increase capacity, we will review the situation and keep you updated immediately.
