We’ve proudly collaborated with Bury Council to bring a HAF football provision to Gigg Lane for the summer holidays.
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme provides funding to local authorities in England to offer free holiday provision, including healthy meals and enriching activities, to children eligible for benefits-related free school meals.
Last Thursday, our Head of Operations & Community, Casey Lynchey, met with Bury North MP James Frith & Angela Stephens, Project Management Officer, HAF & VRU at Bury Council in our opening week of the camp to showcase its importance to the children of the borough.
We are pleased to report that you can still book your child onto our holiday camp in August.
We are running our August camp on the following dates: 5th, 6th, 7th & 12th, 13th, 14th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 26th & 27th between 9:30am & 3pm. Please email buryfcjuniors@gmail.com to book your spot.
