Bury Football Club would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Club Secretary Tony Cunningham for his hard work, commitment, and dedication to the role, as he steps down due to health reasons.
Since taking on the position, Tony has been a constant and dependable presence behind the scenes at Gigg Lane. His tireless efforts, professionalism, and deep care for the club have played an important part in supporting the day to day operations of Bury FC during the transition into the Northern Premier League West.
Everyone at Bury FC is extremely grateful for the time, energy, and expertise Tony has given, and his contribution will not be forgotten. Most importantly, the club sends its very best wishes to Tony and his family, and hopes that he is able to focus fully on his health and recovery.
To ensure continuity, Armin Pishro will step into the role of Club Secretary on a voluntary, interim basis until the end of the season. The club would like to thank Armin for stepping forward to support Bury FC during this period, and for his willingness to give his time and effort to help the club continue to move forward.
