    We are delighted to announce our involvement in this season’s Fenix Trophy.

    The Milan-based football club Brera FC organises the competition, first playing in the 2021/2022 season.
    Each club is chosen for its exceptional social, historical and cultural distinctiveness. The competition has received UEFA’s approval.

    The number of participants has increased from 7 to 9 to 12 and now the current number of 16 teams.
    Near-neighbours FC United of Manchester have won the competition on two occasions, and are the current holders.

    We are joined by fellow English teams FC United of Manchester and Walton & Hersham, Scottish side Caledonian Braves & Welsh side Llantwit Major.


    11 other nations have representation:

    • Czechia – Prague Raptors FC
    • Norway – FC Oslo
    • Denmark – BK Skjold
    • Belgium – K. Bercham Sport
    • Romania – Venus Bucuresti
    • Poland – KP Bór Oborniki Śląskie
    • Finland – Gilla FC
    • Italy – Brera FC
    • Germany – Athletic Sonnenberg
    • Serbia – FK Miljakovac
    • Montenegro – Fans United FC


    The tournament will be played as a straight knockout competition, with a home and away leg in the initial round.

    The first phase will be played from September to December, with the 8 winners going into the next phase of the tournament from January to April.

    The semi-finals & final will be played in May in Italy.

    Our involvement in the competition is subject to NWCFL approval.
