Bury Football Club Community Trust is excited to invite applications for new Trustees to join our Community Trust Board. As we continue to grow and deepen our impact across the Bury community, we are particularly seeking individuals with professional experience in the following areas:

- Local Authority / Public Sector

About Us
Bury Football Club Community Trust is the charitable arm of Bury FC. Our mission is to use the power of football and community engagement to inspire, support, and empower people across Bury and beyond. We work in schools, with community groups, health organisations and local authorities to deliver projects that improve lives.
About the Role
As a Trustee, you will:
- Contribute to the strategic vision and governance of the Trust
- Provide advice, challenge and oversight to ensure strong and effective decision-making
- Use your professional expertise to support key areas of our work
- Act as an ambassador for the Trust within your networks and the wider community

Skills and Attributes
We are particularly looking for candidates who have:
- Professional expertise in football, legal, finance, education, health or local government

Expectations
The voluntary role requires attendance at quarterly Board meetings (evening, in-person or virtual), occasional Trust events and participation in Trustee discussions throughout the year.
