Are you passionate about football and love creating content for social media? We’re looking for voluntary Matchday Social Media Volunteers to join the media team at Bury Football Club ahead of pre-season for the 2026/27 campaign.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in live sports media, working pitch side and behind the scenes to help capture the atmosphere of matchdays.
What you’ll be doing:
Capturing photos and short videos from around the ground
Assisting with live updates across our social media channels
Helping produce engaging matchday content for supporters
Working as part of a passionate and creative media team
What we’re looking for:
A love for football and the matchday experience
Confidence using social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Reliability and availability on matchdays
Creativity and a willingness to learn
Whether you’re studying sports media, looking to build your portfolio, or simply want to be closer to the action, this is a great chance to develop your skills and be part of a historic football club.
