Another Saturday on the road, and this week we’re travelling back down South to face Chasetown at The Scholars Ground, in what promises to be an intriguing Northern Premier League West clash.
Back in October, we welcomed Chasetown to Gigg Lane and secured ourselves the 4-0 win, and we are striving for a replica result on Saturday.

Chasetown is located within the town of Burntwood in Staffordshire. The club was founded in 1954 when Brian Baker and Ray Derry formed a football team from the Chase Terrace secondary Modern School.
Last week, Jamie Hawkins’ side won their away fixture against Lower Breck, after coming off the back of consecutive draws. Chasetown, nicknamed ‘The Scholars’, sit eighth in the Northern Premier League West table and we remain in third place.
