We’re into our final two games before Christmas, as we welcome Mossley to Gigg Lane.
Unfortunately, our game last Saturday at Shifnal Town was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
As the search for a new manager continues, it’s expected that Tim Lees will be in interim charge for this fixture.
The reverse fixture at Seel Park in October saw us fall to a 2-1 defeat, so we’re very much hoping for better results on home soil.
In Opposition – Mossley

Mossley have won two from their last five games, and have won three from ten games on the road this week, drawing four and losing the other three.
The club was established in 1903. Their ground, which has been home since 1911, had previously been a cricket ground and a tip.
They’re still in the same location, but over the years have made massive improvements, most recently new floodlights in 2022.
On the Day & In the Ground
Our Matchday @ Gigg guide is available to read to find out everything you need to know going on in and around the ground.
Tickets are still on sale via our ticketing page on our website. Pay on the gate will also be available.
Starkies will be open at the normal time of 12.30pm for supporters to access from the Manchester Road End entrance before kick-off. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis up to capacity, which will be managed on the door. Starkies will remain open throughout the game (for those in the main stand only) as well as after the game.
