We are back on the road on Wednesday evening as we travel to Shifnal Town, aiming to turn recent draws into a return to winning ways while extending an impressive unbeaten run under Tim Lees.
The Shakers come into the fixture on the back of consecutive league draws, results that have shown control but left a sense that more could have been taken. Shifnal Town will provide a stern midweek test.
The hosts also shared the points last time out, drawing with Vauxhall Motors, and will be keen to build on that result in front of their own supporters, as it’s their first home game of 2026.
It is 3rd time lucky for this fixture, having been postponed twice previously (6th December & 3rd January).

Shifnal is a Shropshire town about 4 miles east of Telford, and they are also in their debut season in the Northern Premier League after promotion from the Midland League at the end of last season.
Our opponents sit two places below us in the league table, four points behind and share a fairly similar record for the season overall.
