We are delighted to announce the signing of full-back Kieran Lloyd from Bala, subject to NPL & FA approval.
The 22-year-old joins the club after 35 appearances in the Welsh top division last season.
Lloyd started out at Liverpool before moving to Wigan Athletic where he had loan spells with clubs including Larne, Chorley & AFC Fylde.
He was released by Wigan last summer, where he then joined Bala.
Speaking to the clubs media team Lloyd said:
“I’m really happy to have signed for such a great club with a lot of history.
“I can’t wait to play in front of all the fans at Gigg Lane this upcoming season and hopefully create some more great memories following on from last season’s promotion! Up the Shakers”

“Really happy to get this one over the line. Kie is a player we tried to sign last summer before he went to Bala and a player we know a lot about from his time at Wigan and Liverpool.
“He’s a dynamic, all action fullback who loves to get forward and put balls in the box. A great defender, loves a tackle and is excellent in one v one situations.”
We’d like to welcome Kieran to the club, he will link up with the squad for the pre-season training session in a couple of weeks time.
