The Bury-based business has a sponsor board, formerly held by JD Sports in the Cemetery End as well as two banners on the front of the stadium.

The company was founded by Robert Wallwork in 1959, after years of gradual expansion the company moved to the present head office in Lord Street, Bury in 1979.

The Group employs approximately 300 people offering a comprehensive heat treatment & hard coating service to the manufacturing industry.
 

In recent years the group has invested extensively in new equipment and training in order to offer a high quality, competitive service to the aerospace, motorsport and medical industries.
 

Bury FC, CEO Neil Sears said: “We are delighted to welcome on board Wallwork as a new sponsor for the 2024/25 season.  Having been in Bury since 1979, the group itself employs over 300 people offering heat treatment to the manufacturing industry. This is another example of a local business getting involved with supporting getting Bury FC back to the EFL, we are looking forward to helping us achieve our goals.”
