Bury FC are delighted to confirm Chris Rowney has joined the club ahead of the 2023/24 season. The midfielder has played under Andy Welsh for the last two seasons at Bury AFC and has made 76 apps, including 55 league starts and scored just once against Widnes in the FA Cup last season. Chris started out at Oldham Athletic, before playing in non-league starting at Seel Park, with Mossley AFC making 72 appearances across two spells, he spent time at Woodley Sports in between. In 201
