We head to Broadhurst Park, home of FC United of Manchester, this coming Tuesday 16th April to take on Padiham in our penultimate game of the season. Kick-off is 7.45pm. The top-of-the-table really opened up over weekend, making our game in hand over the top two a crucial one. Two wins will win us the league. We want you there to cheer the lads on. Our game with Padiham has now been arranged for this coming Tuesday evening, 16th April with a 7.45pm kick-off. This time with a change of venue. Our friends at FC United of Manchester have offered their Broadhurst Park ground for the night, with the pitch at Gigg Lane currently unplayable following today’s postponement. With all fixtures to be completed by Saturday 20th April, and with risk of a further weather related postponement on Tuesday, the club sourced alternative arrangements

There will be a pitch inspection at 11:15 am due to concerns over the playing surface at Gigg Lane. Concerns were raised before Thursday’s game and due to weather before and during the game the pitch deteriorated quite badly, with only light remedial work having taken place yesterday due the pitch condition. Well it’s been some season and the final league home match of our first campaign back in our Gigg Lane home is now upon us as we welcome Padiham FC to Gigg Lane. Our away game at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium on Saturday 20th April for the final game of the regular season against Ramsbottom United is now sold out with all 2000 tickets being snapped up.
