Last weekend, the team were victorious with a 4-1 win over local rivals Rochdale to progress to the semi-finals of the Manchester FA Women’s Challenge Cup. This weekend, attention turns to Fleetwood Town Ladies. In our opponents’ last league fixture, they were also victorious 4-1 against Salford City FC, with mixed form throughout the season so far. We head into the FA Cup once again this weekend as we face NPL East side Garforth Town in the First Qualifying Round.   Dave McNabb’s side come into the game off the back of Bank Holiday Monday’s 3-0 win against Cheadle Town.
