There will be a pitch inspection at 11:15 am due to concerns over the playing surface at Gigg Lane. Concerns were raised before Thursday’s game and due to weather before and during the game the pitch deteriorated quite badly, with only light remedial work having taken place yesterday due the pitch condition. As our update earlier in the week, we are to play our next two home games behind closed doors. Supporters will not be allowed into Gigg Lane for the following two fixtures: Barnoldswick Town – Tues 12th March, 7.45pm KO Charnock Richard – Sat 16th March, 12.30pm KO* Thankfully, we have agreement from both Charnock and the league to bring forward the kick-off time next Saturday to 12.30pm*. We head to Ericstan Park this weekend to take on Wythenshawe Town in the Play-Off Final of the NWCFL Premier Division. The winner takes their place in the Northern Premier League next season. Capacity is limited to 1,400, with only a small number of these tickets being made available to Bury supporters as we are receiving the minimum away allocation allowed.
