As announced in early December 2025, Dave McNabb moved into the role of the club’s Head of Football Operations following his relinquishing of the role of Men’s First Team Manager.
In joining the operations side of the club, Dave McNabb joins Stuart Wright (Stadium Manager), Casey Lynchey (Head of Operations) and Chris Watts (Head of Commercial and Media) in charge of the four main areas of operation within the club.
Each leader in these areas has direct responsibility for the management of their aspect, with the fan-elected board members sitting within The Football Supporters Society of Bury (FSSB) structure providing input to assist, as opposed to leading the way as previously conducted.
