Bury Football Club would like to provide supporters with an update regarding the Football Association’s investigation into post match incidents following our recent fixture against Darlaston Town.
The FA have now concluded their investigation. We can confirm that the club cooperated fully throughout the process, providing all requested information and assistance.
We have today been informed by the FA that no charges will be brought against Bury Football Club in relation to incidents that occurred after this game.
While we are pleased with this outcome, we would like to take this opportunity to remind all supporters of the importance of appropriate behaviour on matchdays, both during and after fixtures. Actions by individuals can have serious consequences for the football club as a whole, including potential sanctions, reputational damage, and financial impact.
Bury FC prides itself on the passion and loyalty of its supporters, and we ask that this support continues to be shown in a positive and respectful manner that reflects the values of our club.
Thank you, as always, for your continued backing.
