  2. Bury FC is delighted to announce that Season Tickets will be on sale from Thursday 7th May 2026 for our first season in the Northern Premier League Premier Division. As a thank you for your continued support, we’re pleased to confirm a full price freeze across all ticket bands for renewing supporters. That means you can secure your seat for another exciting season at the same value as last year. Renewal Prices Adults: £225 16 – 18 Years: £100 Under 15: £50 Under 5: Free Carers: Free with paying adult *All prices are subject to booking fees Why freeze season ticket prices for renewing season ticket holders? We’ve made the decision to freeze season ticket prices for renewals following our promotion because we want to recognise and thank you for your unwavering support, with the renewal price representing £90 saving (before fees), the equivalent of 6 matches! For supporters that didn’t have a season ticket during 2025/26, adult season tickets will be priced at £260, with all other ticket prices remaining the same as the 2025/26 season. Standard Season Ticket Prices Adults: £260 16 – 18 Years: £100 Under 15: £50 Under 5: Free Carers: Free with paying adult *All prices are subject to booking fees Why is there an increase for non-renewals? As well as rewarding current season ticket holders for their loyalty during this season, time has been spent analysing ticket prices in the Northern Premier League Premier Division, and the Northern Premier League West, to help decide on our pricing for the coming season. We are investing heavily in the matchday experience, stadium improvements, and community initiatives to ensure your support directly contributes to the growth and future of our club, so pricing has been determined with these factors in mind. Securing your season ticket represents a saving of £55 on buying individual match tickets (almost 4 free games). What will individual match tickets cost? Adults: £15 16 – 18 Years: £5 Under 15: £3 Under 5: Free Carers: Free with paying adult *All prices are subject to booking fees Why is there an increase in adult match ticket prices? After reviewing the data on ticket pricing across both the Northern Premier League West and the Northern Premier League Premier Division, £15 is the top price in both of those divisions for adult seated match tickets. With the infrastructure and facilities at Gigg Lane, we feel that now is the time to align with those prices, whilst creating more value with our season ticket pricing. Prices for U18’s will remain frozen across all categories as we continue to harness the future of Bury FC. Hospitality Season Tickets Hospitality season ticket prices at Bury FC will be frozen for the upcoming season. This includes packages in both the Eyelevel Sponsors Lounge and the ET Clay 1885 Suite, ensuring supporters and partners can continue to enjoy matchdays in style and comfort at great value. The recently refurbished 1885 Suite proved incredibly popular during the 2025/26 season, selling out quickly for every home game since re-opening on 1st November. We’re proud to support our loyal hospitality guests and remain committed to delivering a first-class experience throughout the season. Eyelevel Sponsors Lounge The price is £925 including VAT per person plus booking fee, and the package includes: Entrance via the Hospitality Entrance In the main stand Open pre-match, during the game, and post-match Private TV showing all live Sky Sports games and free to view matches Private pay bar for beers, wines, and spirits 10% discount on Starkies room hire Matchday team sheet Matchday programme Includes one season ticket Two course pre-match meal Half time refreshments Board Director in attendance MOM/Manager attendance post-match Discount on other sponsorship and advertising opportunities ET Clay 1885 Suite The price is £525 including VAT per person plus booking fee, and includes: Entrance via the Hospitality Entrance In the main stand Open pre-match, during the game, and post-match until 6pm. With this in mind, along with our new partners at Fanbase, we are introducing Klarna payment on Season Tickets for the first time for the 2026/27 season. This option will be available at checkout on the Fanbase app when renewing or purchasing your season tickets and will allow you to spread the cost of your season tickets over three months, as well as other payment options. What about concession prices? Part of our reason for switching ticket platforms this summer is to provide us with more information on the buying habits of our fan base, and the demographics of the people purchasing tickets to watch Bury FC. The new platform will allow us to forecast the impact of introducing both Over 65’s pricing and student (18-21) pricing in future seasons. Physical Season Ticket Cards These will be available as an add on when purchasing your season tickets via the Fanbase app. This year, these will be subject to a £5 surcharge. This decision has not been made lightly, however, we have over a thousand uncollected season cards that have been produced at the clubs’ cost over the previous two seasons. If you wish to purchase a physical season card, please make sure that you add it to your basket when making your season ticket purchase. How do I purchase my season ticket with Fanbase? More information regarding our new ticket platform will be released in the coming days, but as with last season, we will have drop-in sessions at Gigg Lane w/c 11th May 2026 to support anyone that requires assistance renewing or purchasing their season tickets. What other benefits are there? Being a season ticket holder will also come with discounts from some of our partners such as Swan & Cemetery, Back to the Office, Craig’s Carpets, and plenty more. Free entry into select Bury FC Women’s fixtures will also be part of the season ticket holders Perks Pack, as well, when possible, priority of away tickets. This is subject to the discretion of the opposing team. Season Ticket Holders will also receive exclusive invites throughout the season to events, such as open training sessions and Halloween parties. Looking to the 2026/27 Season Now is the moment to stand up and be counted. At Bury FC, this isn’t just about watching football, it’s about ownership, identity, and protecting the future of your club. As a fan-owned club, every season ticket holder is more than a supporter; you are a vital part of what keeps Bury strong, sustainable, and independent. Your commitment provides the foundation the team builds on week after week, ensuring stability on and off the pitch while driving the atmosphere that makes Gigg Lane a fortress once again. This is your club, your voice, your responsibility, so step forward, secure your seat, and play your part in writing the next chapter of Bury’s story. View the full article

  13. Following discussions with the Northern Premier League, we can confirm that the NPL West Trophy will not be present at Saturday’s match against Witton Albion. This decision has been agreed by all parties to protect the integrity of the competition, with two other clubs still in contention for the title. Should Bury FC secure victory on Saturday, and results elsewhere confirm us as champions, the Northern Premier League will travel to Gigg Lane following the conclusion of all fixtures to present the trophy, with an estimated presentation time of 5:45pm. Reminder to Supporters We would like to take this opportunity to remind all supporters that entering the field of play and the use of pyrotechnics (such as flares and smoke bombs) are strictly prohibited. These actions are against ground regulations and the law, and can result in serious consequences for both individuals and the club. In addition, it’s important to remember that Gigg Lane is home to a 3G playing surface. This pitch is a vital asset to both the club and the wider community, used by hundreds of players of all ages and abilities every week. Damage caused by pitch invasions or pyro can result in costly repairs and disruption to scheduled activity, including matches and training sessions. It is essential that we all take responsibility to protect this valuable asset. Should we secure the league title, after any initial celebrations at the referee’s full-time whistle, the players will be presented with the trophy before beginning a lap of honour. Unfortunately, following a second pitch invasion after last season’s presentation, players were unable to carry out a lap of honour and celebrate with supporters. We kindly ask that, on this occasion, supporters remain off the field of play. Thank you for your continued support. Up the Shakers. View the full article
  14. Ahead of the visit of Witton Albion this Saturday, we would like to confirm the following arrangements for supporters attending the match. While this fixture is not all-ticket, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance if you wish to secure a place in a specific area of the ground. Availability in certain sections cannot be guaranteed on the day. At the time of writing (Thursday afternoon), the South Stand is sold out and fewer than 500 seats remain in the Main Stand. Main Stand tickets will be available until midday on Saturday, or until sold out – whichever comes first. If we have remaining capacity, supporters will be able to pay on the day in the Main Stand. Starkies will be open from 12:30pm, for Main Stand ticket holders only, this is to manage capacities. As announced yesterday, the Cemetery End will be open for this fixture, with pay-on-the-day available in that area. All turnstiles will open earlier than usual, at 1:00pm. We encourage Witton Albion supporters to purchase tickets in advance to help us plan effectively for your visit. The away allocation will be in Block I of the Main Stand. Please note that hospitality and sponsor packages are sold out. We are also expecting a large number of players’ friends and family in attendance. As a result, Blocks E and F in the Main Stand are strictly reserved for those with the appropriate tickets. Access to these areas will require a valid wristband, which will be checked. Supporters must use tickets for the designated area they have purchased, in line with strict capacity regulations. Stewards and turnstile staff will be checking tickets, so please have yours ready before arrival to ensure smooth entry. With a large crowd expected, we strongly advise supporters to arrive early to avoid queues and ensure easy access to the stadium. Let’s get behind the lads and create an atmosphere worthy of the occasion. View the full article
  15. Just like that, it’s the last home game of the season. Bury will welcome visitors to Gigg lane for the final time this season, this time in the form of 8th placed Witton Albion. The Shakers go into the game two points clear at the top after a 1-0 win over Nantwich town, with Avro FC hot in pursuit. With only two to play, Anthony Johnson’s side will know the importance of a win this weekend. Last time the two sides faced, Witton condemned Bury to a 3-0 defeat in late November after a series of inconsistent performances. In Opposition – Witton Albion Witton Albion were founded in 1887, and have a long history of cup success. They have won the Cheshire cup 11 times, and reached the FA Cup Second round on three occasions. An inner city area in Birmingham, Witton had a bitter rivalry with Northwich Victoria, who they controversially shared a ground with in the 2015/16 season. The side were promoted to the NPL West in the 2016/17 season, when they picked up close to 100 points and scored 100 goals to secure automatic promotion. On the Day & In the GroundOur Matchday @ Gigg guide is available to read to find out everything you need to know going on in and around the ground. Tickets are still on sale via our ticketing page on our website. Pay on the gate will also be available. There is no segregation for this fixture, but Witton supporters are asked to purchase their tickets here. Starkies will be open at the normal time of 12.30pm for supporters to access from the Manchester Road End entrance before kick-off. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis up to capacity, which will be managed on the door. Starkies will remain open throughout the game (for those in the main stand only) as well as after the game. 17. Bury FC recently marked an exciting step in coach development, as around 20 of our coaches, representing our junior, adult and walking football teams, attended the first session in a new Continuous Professional Development (CPD) series in partnership with Manchester FA. The session was delivered by John Oliver, A Licensed Coach and Coach Developer for Manchester FA, combining classroom-based learning with practical on-pitch sessions. The CPD is designed to enhance coaching standards across the club, helping our coaches deliver high-quality sessions for players of all ages and abilities. Learning Together, Growing Together The evening began with an interactive classroom session, where John guided coaches through essential coaching principles, session planning, communication and reflective practice. Coaches shared insights and explored ways to develop sessions tailored for players ranging from grassroots juniors to adult football participants. The theory session was followed by a practical segment on the pitch, where coaches could see the concepts in action, try new drills and discuss how to adapt coaching techniques for different age groups and abilities. Casey Lynchey, Head of Operations and Community, reflected on the session: Bury FC coaches are looking forward to further Manchester FA CPD sessions and an exciting masterclass with Mike Phelan next month, continuing our commitment to developing coaching excellence across the club. Limited places are available for coaches from other clubs at the masterclass. Secure your spot now and take your coaching to the next level.
