Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in our appeal to overturn the three point deduction, and £100 fine, for fielding an ineligible player at the start of the season. Glossop North End have also launched their own appeal and as a result we will replay the fixture at a future date to be confirmed, in addition to the three point deduction. We are delighted to announce the signing of goalkeeper Harry Wright. The 24-year-old, came through the ranks at Ipswich Town before moving to Fleetwood Town, where he left in 2022. He’s also played for Cheadle Town earlier this month, making two appearances, one in a league fixture against AFC Liverpool and the other in the Macron Cup vs Sandbach United.
