In a weekend with a quick fire double header your Shakers took on a strong Cheadle Town side in front of the Gigg Lane faithful on Saturday and faced a second trip to play an impressive Charnock in a fortnight. The Bank Holiday Weekend of football continues with a trip to Charnock Richard on Monday afternoon. One of the stars of the season has without a doubt been Darius Palma. He’s arguably been our top performer so far. Unfortunately, the shoulder injury he sustained first at Wythenshawe Town, and then more seriously at Padiham requires surgery.
