The North West Counties Football League have released updated dates for the playoffs following Charnock Richard’s continuing progress in the playoff hunt. These are now: Play-off Semi-Finals 2nd v 5th and 3rd v 4th, Tuesday 30th April Play-off Final Winners of each Semi-Final, Saturday 4th May Ties are to be played at the home venue of the higher ranking side. Ahead of the works to lay the 3G pitch this summer, a commemoration service will be held in honour of fans of the past, who’s ashes are present at Gigg Lane.
