Our game with Padiham has now been arranged for this coming Tuesday evening, 16th April with a 7.45pm kick-off. This time with a change of venue. Our friends at FC United of Manchester have offered their Broadhurst Park ground for the night, with the pitch at Gigg Lane currently unplayable following today’s postponement. With all fixtures to be completed by Saturday 20th April, and with risk of a further weather related postponement on Tuesday, the club sourced alternative arrangements

There will be a pitch inspection at 11:15 am due to concerns over the playing surface at Gigg Lane.   Concerns were raised before Thursday’s game and due to weather before and during the game the pitch deteriorated quite badly, with only light remedial work having taken place yesterday due the pitch condition.   We want to make sure that the surface is both safe and playable for both teams.   If the pitch is deemed playable tickets will go back on sale for the South St

Well it’s been some season and the final league home match of our first campaign back in our Gigg Lane home is now upon us as we welcome Padiham FC to Gigg Lane. Our away game at the Harry Williams Riverside Stadium on Saturday 20th April for the final game of the regular season against Ramsbottom United is now sold out with all 2000 tickets being snapped up.   Since the fixtures were released last summer, many Bury fans have had their eye on getting a ticket for this keenly anticipated game and we are delighted to say that The Shakers allocation of 1500 tickets has now completely sold out with more than a week to go before the game. As well as holding our recent kit vote, FSSB members also voted on our general season ticket refund policy. We had 918 ballots returned from 1,715 individual emails issued. 91% of voters approved the general policy for season ticket refunds. 586 voted in favour and 59 were against. 273 abstained, a larger than usual number representing members who are not season ticket holders and did not vote on this issue. This was also reflected in the preferential vote where a cash refund was
