We’re celebrating a fantastic day at the Bury 10K, where supporters and volunteers came together to raise almost £1,200 for the club. The annual race once again brought runners and the local community to the heart of the town, and this year Bury FC was proud to be represented both on the course and in the event village. A team of dedicated volunteers took part in the 10K, representing the Bury badge with pride every step of the way, while others ran our club tent, engaging with the local com

We would like to kindly remind all visitors and supporters attending events at Bury Football Club about the importance of responsible parking in the areas surrounding Gigg Lane, Horne Street, Devon Street and Brierley Street, particularly on matchdays. Impact on Local Residents With the increased number of attendees on matchdays, there have been ongoing concerns about inconsiderate parking practices. We’re off! Two wins in a row and the vast improvement in performance under the Gigg Lane lights on Tuesday suggest we’re finally on the move. The NPLW win against Runcorn Linnets was much more convincing than the 1-0 scoreline suggests. And we’ve gone from 18th to 8th in the table. Also encouraging was the attendance – not far short of 3,000 on an initially damp Tuesday evening. And so was the noise from the South Stand. Come on the Shakers?? You bet!! We were well on top for about 80 per cen

We’re back to league action under the lights at Gigg Lane after Saturday’s encouraging Isuzu FA Trophy 3-1 victory over Wythenshawe Town. This was a good result against another team from the same league as ourselves – albeit below us in a table which at the moment is rather meaningless. We can expect the Linnets to provide a much tougher test. They are in fifth place with eight points from four games and still in the FA Cup. We currently lie in 18th place, having won one game, drawn two and l

It’s back to Gigg Lane on Saturday for an Isuzu FA Trophy match against Wythenshawe Town as we look to get back to winning ways. After our record-breaking 2024-25 season, it’s been a slow start to the new season and our dismissal from the FA Cup raises the stakes for FA Trophy. Our players and coaching staff have gone flat out to make good use of the 11-day break from matches, so as the team walks out to face Wythy Town let’s blow them away with our support. Massey then moved from Essex to London, where he spent a season at Leyton Orient before a move to Wigan in 2017, where he went on to make over 150 a
