We return to league action tomorrow evening, with the visit of South Liverpool to Gigg Lane. Dave McNabb’s side made it 10 games unbeaten in all competitions, with a 2-0 win away at Garforth Town, booking in our place in the Second Qualifying Round of the FA Cup. Our women’s first team hosts Mancunian Unity FC on Sunday, following a second consecutive win at Gigg Lane, with the Shakers looking to make it nine points in three games. Dave McNabb has offered a status update on the players currently on the injured list at Gigg Lane below ahead of this weekend’s FA Cup tie with Garforth Town. Macauley Wilson – Macauley limped out of Monday’s match with Cheadle Town late on with a knee injury. We head into the FA Cup once again this weekend as we face NPL East side Garforth Town in the First Qualifying Round. Dave McNabb’s side come into the game off the back of Bank Holiday Monday’s 3-0 win against Cheadle Town. Alex Cherera picked up a brace and Ruben Jerome also bagged a goal.
