    Unfortunately the players have been unable to get to the Isle of Man today. We are now trying to get them onto a 7am flight tomorrow morning.   The players were told definitively at 3.30pm today at Manchester Airport that there was no way they would be able to board the last flight to the Isle of Man at 6.10pm tonight.     The Football Association recently made the club aware of historical public communications by current Bury FC player Charlie Doyle in 2019, which contravened rules E3 and E3.2 as set out within the FA for All: Grassroots Disciplinary Guide.     As reported to supporters in early January (here), the club appealed the punishment handed down following charges brought relating to offensive comments made by supporters inside Gigg Lane during the fixture against West Didsbury & Chorlton on 2nd September 2023. The appeal was granted and we have been informed that the hearing for this appeal will take place on Monday 4th March. The result of this hearing will be communicated to supporters following its conclusion.   View
